Additional Details
Deposit Policy: A $275 deposit is required per transaction file (per side) when opening a new file. A reduced re-open fee of $150 applies for subsequent buyers on the same listing within 60 days. Tiered refunds may be available depending on the stage of the transaction at the time of cancellation.when a file is opened)
